We are not medically qualified, our expertise lies in building relationships through the medium of interactive massage.  Our qualification, does however include studies in anatomy and physiology, so we are aware of any contraindications to gentle hand and arm massage therapy.  We do recommend seeking medical advice, before booking/attending one of our Caring Cloud sessions, should a person feel gentle hand and arm massage may have a detrimental effect on their physical wellbeing. 

Injuries/Infections/Skin Conditions

We have the right to refuse an attendee's participation in massage if they have any injuries or bacterial/viral/fungal infections to the arms or hands or finger nails and/or wearing a cast/bandage or other dressing.  To prevent any embarrassment on the day, we will provide a list of contraindications prior to the session.

We are offering our expertise based soley on our experience in using interactive massage and other therapeutic tools successfully since 2001, in respect of the services we provide on our website. There are other organisations offering different services. We are a therapeutic based service.

Dementia Clouds

Our dementia cloud sessions as advertised on this website, are for  carers and families only and not the person with dementia.  We can, however tailor a Cloud Session for families, along with their relative in the first stages of dementia, if booked through an organisation or charitable body (may incur further charges and extended times.
